We set up our initial in person or over the phone consultations to discuss your vision for the session and how our creative process can bring that vision to life. Not sure what you're looking for? Don't worry, we know how to ask all the right questions to help guide you in the right direction and create that perfect piece of art or keepsake for your home and family. This is the perfect time to get all of your questions answered and explain our session and timeline details.
initial meeting
Preparing for your session will be a breeze! During our initial meeting we will narrow down a location and time for our session. Complimentary styling is available for all of our family sessions. After a brief questionnaire a custom linked vision board will be shared with shopping options and style inspirations to help create the perfect look for your session. We want you to feel amazing and comfortable during your entire portrait experience.
PREPPING FOR THE SHOOT
This is the big day. Our session will take place at a predetermined outdoor location. All clients can plan to begin photographing about an hour before sunset. This is the ideal timeframe for outdoor sessions. Sessions are typically an hour to an hour half long. We go through several variation of posing. During our time we capture family, individual, and couples poses. This ensures we have a full unique gallery and creates the perfect story of your family.
YOUR SESSION DAY
This is the moment you've been waiting for, the "big reveal." Your will enjoy images in a custom slide show on the big screen in studio. Here with Jessica's help you will narrow images down to your favorites and decide on the perfect product for your home. This is your time to use her expertise to answer any of those questions you may have. The studio has sample product on hand so you can look, touch, and feel all of our unique products.
PRESENTATION OF GALLERY & ORDERING OF IMAGES
Once your products arrive at the studio they will be quality checked and a pick up time will be scheduled. This is your time to share and enjoy your portrait products in your home. We are available to aide in hanging, storing, and caring for your portrait products. These items will be your way to celebrate and share your families legacy for years to come.

This personalized appointment allows you to select your images with the guidance of a professional in a distraction-free setting. No more stressing over which images to choose and putting it off for weeks—we help you select and order your images with confidence!

Your in-person ordering appointment is your time to use our creative expertise to your advantage and make something that lasts for your family!

If you are purchasing digital files, we will help you understand exactly how to care for and print them on your own.

With a " Create A Collection" investment, and with Jessica's help, you'll decide on an art piece that we will be creating for you.

Whether it's a custom album, wall series, or fine art print, we'll review the options to help you make a plan for your images.

We'll start off your appointment with a personal, custom slideshow of your images—our clients love seeing their photos of their precious memories!

We have kids snacks and easy grab and go breakfast items on hand in studio.

Narrowing down clothing options for an upcoming family session can be a stressful task. What to wear? What will match? What will clash? These are all common question when preparing for an upcoming session. Here we have that handled for you. We provide complimentary styling for all of our family sessions.
Complimentary Styling
We begin working on your stylized vision board. When complete you will receive an email to view your board along with all the item links if you wish to purchase those a specific pieces. It's that easy!

From there you will complete our styling questionnaire so we can get to know your family a little better. You will share likes, dislikes, budget, and any specific clothing request for your session.
Step #2
We begin by narrowing down our shoot location and discussing the style you are hoping for. This will help in the styling process and aide in creating a vision for clothing colors and patterns.
